3. I think more presentations from professors and other people working on energy conservation should make trips to schools to educate them. Pupils doing projects, and activities concerning energy conservation.
For example, pupils can create their own activities to practice conserving habits, like switching off the lights in the classroom before leaving, and have duty rosters so that everyone can practice and take note of it.
