ADMT Questions

1. Why learn sketching?
2. Is sketching alone enough?
3. How do we know the effectiveness of our sketches?

1. Sketching plays an important part in drawing. Sketching is like a blueprint of what you are going to draw. Sketching determines the intricate parts and outline of the actual thing. Thus, learning how to sketch is a good thing. You can draw what you want in a quicker time and in a better quality.

2. Sketching alone is sometimes enough. A rough drawing or outline with a few parts, can sometimes make it easy to see what you are trying to draw. However, colours and outlines can make the picture nicer.

 3. We can test the effectiveness of our sketches by looking at it, and think: does it look like the actual thing I am going to draw? Can others see what you are trying to represent in your drawing? Making sure that others can understand what you are drawing is good.
