Energy Conservation Video Reflections

1. What do you think are some of the limitations of using renewable energy resources, based on the clip that you have seen?
2. What are some possible solutions that the video have suggested?
3. How do you think Energy Conservation messages can be communicated effectively in the school or local context? Give or suggest some examples

1. For example, when wind generators are built too closely to residential area, the residents complain that the sound of the turbine is disturbing them-it is too loud and noisy. Also they think it is disturbing when  the blades of the generator cut through the morning and evening sunlight.

2.So to stop these problems, they have to build less of it. Building smaller turbines and moving the machines further from residential areas.

3. I think more presentations from professors and other people working on energy conservation should make trips to schools to educate them. Pupils doing projects, and activities concerning energy conservation.
For example, pupils can create their own activities to practice conserving habits, like switching off the lights in the classroom before leaving, and have duty rosters so that everyone can practice and take note of it.
